First of all take dates, tamarind pulp , jaggery, salt and 2 cups water in a heavy bottom vessel and let it cook till every thing is completely mushed and become slurry like.

Let it cool a little then make a smooth puree using required water. Now transfer the puree in same vessel , if it looks too dry then add some water to it.

Now add all spice powders and Taste it to adjust spice level as per your taste. Now let it cook till desired consistency is acquired. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.

Now store it it sterilized glass jar and keep in refrigerator. It will be good for 30- 40 days. Your delicious finger licking dip is ready to be served with your choice of snacks.
